Dr. Tim has practiced Family Medicine in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1999. He has served as the Chairman of the Department of Medicine and as a member of the Medical Care Evaluation Committee at Valley View Hospital. Additionally, he served as a member of the Executive Committee at his former practice before founding his own practice in 2006.
After attending the first national conference on Concierge Medicine in 2005 and at the urging of many of his patients he founded the first concierge medicine practice in Colorado outside of the Denver area. “The model gives me the opportunity to go above and beyond for my patients, acting as their trusted medical advocate, getting them the care and resources they need when and where they need it. The major benefit of our practice…is time. A lack of time requires shortcuts. It breeds mediocrity. There is no substitute for time if medical excellence is the goal.”
Jennifer Parker, Nurse Practitioner (NP), has over four. years of experience of working at Premier Medical Center. A Nurse Practitioner is specially trained to provide primary health care for patients of all ages, including children. She can diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, order diagnostic tests or procedures, perform procedures like suturing or skin biopsies, and prescribe medications.
A lifelong learner and healer, Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson School of Nursing in Philadelphia and her undergraduate nursing degree from Princeton University in New Jersey. Her hands-on experience in healthcare is extensive and she is passionately concerned about her patient's wellness.
And just as important as her top-notch education and training, patients find that Jennifer has a big heart. She’s an empathetic provider with a commitment to excellence and a fundamental desire to help people achieve a high level of health and well-being, by shared decision making.
Mindy, Medical Assistant has been a cornerstone of Premier Medical Center for over 12 years. Beginning her career with the practice as Office Manager, she developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of patient care before transitioning into her current role as a Medical Assistant.
Over the years, Mindy has become an integral part of the patient experience—known for her reliability, attention to detail, and genuinely caring approach. She has built lasting relationships with many of the practice’s members, earning their trust through her consistency, compassion, and commitment to ensuring each visit runs smoothly and comfortably.
Her long-standing dedication to the practice and its patients reflects the personalized, relationship-driven care that defines concierge medicine. Mindy plays a vital role in supporting both the clinical team and the members she serves, helping create a seamless and welcoming experience for all.
Tracy brings over 30 years of financial leadership and healthcare experience to Premier Medical Center. Her career includes serving on the management team of Banner Health Systems as CFO of a rural hospital, as well as Accounting Manager for Greeley Medical Clinic, a large multi-specialty practice with 54 physicians across 24 specialties.
With a deep understanding of both hospital systems and physician-led care, Tracy offers a uniquely strategic perspective on building sustainable, patient-centered healthcare models. As CFO, she is proud to support a concierge and direct primary care practice that puts patients first in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley.
Her role extends well beyond financial oversight—it’s about creating a strong, stable foundation that allows physicians and care teams to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care, free from the constraints of traditional insurance-driven medicine.
